The Cultural Ring

There are places which, at times, go by unnoticed for those that visit us but that are full of history. A history that not everyone knows, but is worth telling and this is what is being sought by the Cultural Ring: bringing visitors closer to the less-known history of Santander in a unique route.

The Cultural Ring covers:

• The Interpretation Centre of the City’s History
• The Archaeological Centre of the Medieval Wall
• The Interpretation Centre of the old Docks (Temporarily closed)
• The Cantabrian Museum of Prehistory and Archaeology (MUPAC)
• Centro Botín
• The Reina Sofia Associated Centre (opening soon)
• The Civil War Air Raid Shelter
• Santander Fire Route
