If you have any queries during your visit, don’t worry. Come to any of the Tourist Offices located at different points around the city and we will inform you about whatever you might need.
We put safety measures such as hand sanitizer at the entry, screens and 2 metre safety distance at your disposal, with a maximum of 6 people in the office at one time.

Opening times (1 October-14 June): Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 19:00; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 14:00.
