#GettingAroundSantander

Discover the best of the city

Santander is an ideal city to explore on foot. The city centre can be explored on foot, since the distances are relatively short. In addition, Santander has a funicular, ramps and escalators that make it easy to travel through the steepest streets.

However, for those looking for another way of getting around, there are several options available to explore the city comfortably.

TUeBIC

TUeBICI

Santander offers a service of electric bicycles with which to tour the city.

How does it work?

To rent a bike, simply scan the QR code using the nextbike app, and the lock will open automatically. If you need to pause your ride, you can activate the pause mode in the app and close the lock without stopping the rental. To resume your ride, just deactivate the pause. During this process, the loan is still in progress. When you have finished, return the bike to an official TUeBICI station and lock the bike in the lock; a beep will confirm the successful return.

For more information, visit their website or call 900 29 36 27.
